What we collect, and what we do not.

NextZen Security LLC. operates this website and handles the enquiries it receives. Questions about this notice go to director@nextzensecurity.com.

When you submit the form on the contact page, we record:

• Your name.
• Your email address.
• Your company name, if you choose to type one.
• Which capability you selected, or "Not sure yet".
• The message you typed.
• That the enquiry came from this page, and the date and time it arrived.

The form refuses an invalid email address, a message shorter than twenty characters, and a second submission from the same address within a few minutes. A hidden field catches automated submissions; anything typed into it is discarded without being stored.

Your enquiry is written to this website's own database. It is read by the NextZen Security team to reply to you and to prepare a written scope and fee proposal. It is not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not used to train any model.

We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site, and we do not take card or bank information through the form. If a proposal is accepted, commercial terms are agreed in writing before any money moves.

Three outside services touch a visitor to this site. Each is named here rather than buried.

• The booking calendar is embedded from calendly.com. Opening it means Calendly receives your visit and may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
• Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, so Google sees the request that loads them.
• The delivery network in front of this site sets one HTTP-only cookie used to filter abusive traffic. It is not used to build an advertising profile.

Beyond those three, this site loads no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording and no third-party cookies. That was checked against the code that runs on this domain, not assumed.

An enquiry record is kept while we are in contact with you, and for twelve months after the enquiry closes, then deleted.

Email director@nextzensecurity.com from the address you used and we will confirm what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will carry out a deletion request within thirty days and tell you when it is done.

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen.

Material received during an engagement is held under NDA, restricted to the named engagement team and destroyed on the schedule stated in the written scope. It is never used to train any model. The controls this website itself enforces are listed on the security page.
